The following schedule is confirmed and all events are priced individually for your convenience: Friday, June 24 Casual Mixer Farmer’s Market, Winter Park 7:00pm to 10:00pm (check-in begins at 6:30pm) Casual attire (dress in orange & black - show your school spirit!) Entry fee is $30 per person Bar-B-Que included Includes free beer & wine Saturday, June 25 Golf Tournament - Metrowest Country Club Tee times will begin at approximately 9am (shotgun start) Golf attire Cost is $65 per person (1980 grad, spouse, or family member) Fees must be received no later than June 15th Includes Green fees, Cart, Range balls, Continental breakfast, & Scoreboard $10,000 Hole-in-One prize on one of the par 3's! Tee off at 9am, finish around 1:30 - What a day! Saturday, June 25 Formal Buffet and Party Orlando Museum of Art (See pictures of the museum HERE) 7:00pm to 11:00pm Cocktail attire – black tie is optional Cost is $89 per person 6:30-8:00pm Check-in 7:00-8:00pm Harpist 7:00-8:30pm Full Gourmet Buffet (see the menu below!) 8:00-10:30pm LIVE BAND! 7:00-10:00pm INCLUDES Imported & Domestic Beer, White Wine, Call Liquor No alcohol will be served after 10pm Sunday, June 26 Family Picnic at the Cady Way Pool (next to Showalter Field) 10:00am-1:00pm Hamburgers/Hot Dogs and other "picnic food" Cost is $20 per person Kids 15 and under are free! Bring your swim suit. REGISTRATION FEES We really need your money ASAP! To alleviate long registration lines and guarantee arrangements. *An additional $10 per person fee will be charged at the door for unregistered guests.* Sorry, but due to the costs and planning involved, all monies received are non-refundable. SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES! The committee is seeking event sponsors! If you would like to provide positive exposure for yourself, your employer or business, you can select from three different levels: PLATINUM SPONSOR ($500) – Includes one free admission ticket to the Friday evening, Saturday evening and Sunday picnic events! GOLD SPONSOR ($250) – Includes one free admission ticket to the Saturday evening event! SILVER SPONSOR ($100) – Includes one free admission ticket to the Friday evening event! With any sponsorship level, your name and/or your company’s name will appear on large poster board displays, as well as inclusion within a reunion program to be handed out at each event. Show your support for this great event! The registration form has a place where you can add your desired sponsorship level. REQUEST FOR DONATIONS! We are seeking donations for items to be raffled at the Friday and Saturday events. If your company or employer can donate items and/or gift certificates, please contact Sue Walker-Macchiarella directly at suemacc@cfl.rr.com. All providers will be recognized within a reunion program to be handed out at each event. HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS For your convenience we have put together a list of hotels and lodging information. Please see hotel information on the last page of this document. ALUMNI DIRECTORY We are assembling and distributing an Alumni Directory to all attendees, and the cost of this directory is included with any of the events. Non-attendees will be able to purchase a copy of the directory for a nominal fee of $10. When you consider the time and expense required to pull this information together, it’s a tremendous deal! *Please complete the attached questionnaire to specify your participation level and to verify key information about yourself.* MISSING ALUMNI ADDRESSES We would like to thank everyone who contributed to our address list.
